Who does Revive help?
Adults seeking care for mental health, substance use or both, including people returning from incarceration or hospitalization and people who need help with housing, work or daily routines.
Do you offer psychiatric care and medication management?
Yes. Revive offers psychiatric evaluation and medication management alongside counseling, so medication and therapy are part of one plan. Ask admissions about current availability.
How do I pay for care?
Our admissions team goes over insurance and payment options with you before you start, so you understand what's covered.
How long does care last?
It depends on your goals and progress. Your care team reviews your plan with you and helps you prepare for each next step.
Can I keep working or go to school?
Yes, for many people that's the goal. Talk with us about your schedule and we'll look at how care can fit around it. Supported employment can also help you find or keep a job.
What should I bring on my first day?
Any ID you have, your insurance card and a list of current medications. Missing documents? Case management can help you replace them.
