About case managementWhy Revive
Addiction affects health, relationships, housing and work. Our approach is built to support all of it, with dignity, from the first conversation.
Clinical SUD treatment gives you skills and structure. Peer groups give you people who understand. You don't have to choose between them.
Case management, mental health services and recovery housing address the practical pressures that can pull recovery off course.
We treat addiction as a health condition, not a moral failing. You'll be spoken to plainly and treated with respect.
You won't be left guessing. From your first call, we explain what happens next and help you get there.

Support beyond the session
For people who need more than appointments, Revive also offers a place to live and help returning to everyday life.
A furnished, substance-free home while you take part in treatment, with house agreements and regular house meetings.
For people returning from incarceration or hospitalization, or rebuilding after a long stretch of addiction.
What we provide
A bed alone doesn't hold recovery in place. At Revive, the house sits on top of a root system of care, and every resident is connected to all of it.
