HealHub provides addiction treatment, mental health therapy, peer support, housing support, transportation assistance, and case management — available in-person and via telehealth.

Yes. Housing support and transportation are core services alongside clinical treatment, because stability outside the therapy room is often what makes lasting recovery possible.

A case manager coordinates your care, benefits, and community resources so nothing falls through the cracks. Clients with multiple, overlapping needs are typically paired with one at intake.
